Kelly Coles

Kelly is our office manager here at TESP and uses her practical skills when working on site with the team.
As a designer by profession, Kelly covers all aspects of design within TESP from advertisement, marketing and products. Having concentrated her studies on environmental design during her time at university, Kelly's creative flare is in tune with TESP's ethos.

Marcus Drummond

Marcus has been working with young people and youth services since 1996, in various capacities; including drugs and alcohol, detached youth work, young people’s residential care units, outdoor instructor/coach/facilitator/expedition leader. He is passionate about the outdoors and studied outdoor education and environmental science. His main focus has been working with young people with challenging behaviours in outdoor settings, underpinned with theoretical approaches, using the environment and adventurous activities as both a tool and medium to inspire, create and develop positive change.

Mandy Hickinbottom

Mandy has many years experience working with children, youths and young adults specialising in advice and guidance within the education sector.

As a key volunteer here at TESP, Mandy is always on hand to volunteer at many of our events and has become an avid green woodworker in the process.

Poppy

Poppy is the official TESP-a-dog, she even has a uniform! Poppy is a friendly Labrador which Kelly rescued and can be a bit nervous around other dogs.

She has been known to carry a first aid kit, water and the odd tree guard which has been removed. Most of the time however, she sleeps, chews sticks and eats carrots, but we enjoy her company so we let her tag along when appropriate.

Volunteers

Some of our work requires volunteer involvement, and we do seem to have a few regulars that often join us for various events. They all work hard with a smile on their face, so we thought we would give them a little mention to show our appreciation of their continued support.
