Tony Hickinbottom

Tony is an Associate member of the Institute Of Environmental Management and Assessment. He is from an engineering background but also works in the voluntary sector as an Environmental Advisor. He has broad knowledge of many environmental subjects but specialises in pollution control, energy conservation and renewable technology. He is a keen advocator in reducing the carbon footprint within the built environment using both technology and traditional methods of construction.


Marcus Drummond

Marcus has been working with young people and youth services since 1996, in various capacities; including drugs and alcohol, detached youth work, young people’s residential care units, outdoor instructor/coach/facilitator/expedition leader. He is passionate about the outdoors and studied outdoor education and environmental science. His main focus has been working with young people with challenging behaviours in outdoor settings, underpinned with theoretical approaches, using the environment and adventurous activities as both a tool and medium to inspire, create and develop positive change.


Kelly Coles

Kelly is our office manager here at TESP and uses her practical skills when working on site with the team.
As a designer by profession, Kelly covers all aspects of design within TESP from advertisement, marketing and products. Having concentrated her studies on environmental design during her time at university, Kelly's creative flare is in tune with TESP's ethos.


Mandy Hickinbottom - Volunteer

Mandy has many years experience working with children, youths and young adults specialising in advice and guidance within the education sector.

As a key volunteer here at TESP, Mandy is always on hand to volunteer at many of our events and has become an avid green woodworker in the process.


All of our trainers have had full DBS checks and a fully qualified First Aider is always on site.
